This is a targeted safety notice for the proper and safe use of men’s necklaces (chains, leather cords, beaded necklaces, pendants, magnetic clasps). Due to cords/chains around the neck, small parts, sharp edges of pendants, and skin contact, please follow the instructions below to avoid injuries and skin reactions.
Basic Safety and Handling Principles
- Keep out of reach of children: Clasps, beads, and magnets pose a swallowing hazard; the product is not a toy.
- Check before wearing: Inspect the strength of the clasp, loops, cord, and joints; do not use a damaged necklace.
- Risk of entanglement: Do not wear long or heavy necklaces during sports, sleep, machine work, or situations with increased risk of catching on objects or clothing.
- Magnetic clasps: Keep strong magnets away from payment cards and sensitive electronics; persons with pacemakers/ICDs must maintain a safe distance.
